Frequently Asked Questions for Claude Cowork

Will Claude Cowork charge me for reading the resumes?

No! This is the primary benefit of using HireSquire. Instead of pasting long resumes into Claude Cowork (which uses up your expensive context window and tokens), Claude Cowork will send the files securely to HireSquire's API. HireSquire processes them for pennies, and returns a clean, structured summary back to your chat.

Is my data safe when using an AI agent?

Yes. The prompt we provide instructs the agent to interact directly with our secured REST API. All resumes and candidate data are stored in your private HireSquire workspace. You can revoke the API key at any time from your dashboard to immediately stop the agent's access.

Can Claude Cowork schedule interviews automatically?

Yes. You have two options. You can simply paste your public booking link (Google Calendar, HubSpot, etc.) in your Integrations settings, and Claude Cowork will automatically include it in invite emails. Alternatively, for full API integration (Calendly and Cal.com only), Claude Cowork can fetch your live availability and schedule interviews directly.

What happens if Claude Cowork goes rogue or hallucinates?

HireSquire was built specifically to prevent this. By providing Claude Cowork with a strictly typed API schema, it is forced to interact with factual data. Furthermore, you can assign daily spend limits to your API keys so an AI stuck in a loop cannot rack up a massive bill.
