At HireSquire, we understand that candidate data is highly sensitive. This page outlines our current security posture and data handling practices so you can trust us with your recruitment workflow.
1. Infrastructure & Hosting
HireSquire is hosted on a secure, Private Virtual Private Server (VPS) architecture. We do not use shared hosting environments, reducing the risk of cross-tenant data exposure. All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS).
2. Data Ownership & Usage
You own your data. Customers bring their own resumes to our platform. We strictly use this data to perform the screening and scoring functions you request. We do not use your resume data or candidate information to train our own AI models, nor do we sell it to third parties.
3. AI Decision-Making Policy
We believe AI should empower human recruiters, not replace them. HireSquire never automatically rejects or deletes candidates. Our system provides scoring, shortlisting, and analysis to assist human decision-making. The final hiring and rejection decisions always remain securely in the hands of the human operator.
4. Compliance Readiness
While we are a fast-growing startup and continually formalizing our compliance certifications (such as SOC 2 and full GDPR auditing), our architecture and data handling procedures are designed from the ground up with these rigorous standards in mind.
