Will OpenAI Codex charge me for reading the resumes?

No! This is the primary benefit of using HireSquire. Instead of pasting long resumes into OpenAI Codex (which uses up your expensive context window and tokens), OpenAI Codex will send the files securely to HireSquire's API. HireSquire processes them for pennies, and returns a clean, structured summary back to your chat.

Is my data safe when using an AI agent?

Can OpenAI Codex schedule interviews automatically?

Yes. You have two options. You can simply paste your public booking link (Google Calendar, HubSpot, etc.) in your Integrations settings, and OpenAI Codex will automatically include it in invite emails. Alternatively, for full API integration (Calendly and Cal.com only), OpenAI Codex can fetch your live availability and schedule interviews directly.

What happens if OpenAI Codex goes rogue or hallucinates?

HireSquire was built specifically to prevent this. By providing OpenAI Codex with a strictly typed API schema, it is forced to interact with factual data. Furthermore, you can assign daily spend limits to your API keys so an AI stuck in a loop cannot rack up a massive bill.
